Ian was always 'present' during our renovation project -- no gaps in work or communication took place. He has aligned his company with sub-contractors of the highest order. In particular his painting contractor, 'Alex', was extremely detail-orientated which was a tremendous relief, given that he played a huge role in our renovation. In any renovation project, problems will happen. That is neither here nor there, but rather, the response to problems is key.
